Back to Finishing your first album segment
USE THE MIXER TO COMBINE MULTIPLE ALBUM SEGMENTS INTO A SINGLE ALBUM
Click on the MIXER tab to combine your individual album segments into a single album.
I find Sequencer#1 to work quite nicely for DVDs. If you only see SEQUENCER and don't see
Sequencer#1 then simply click on the SEQUENCER link and it will become visible.
In the MIX PATH, browse to .../MYALBUM/WEDDING.
You should see the individual album segment folders listed (ALBUM01, ALBUM02, etc.)
Click on the first entry (ALBUM01).
In the NEXT ALBUM CONDITION box, click on "after last photo displayed".
In the QUIT CONDITION box, click on "after the last album".
Play albums in random order should be unchecked.
Play album music in the global list should be checked. This is where we
tell 3D-Album that the music we entered in the first album segment should be played globally
(or across all segments).
I prefer to leave the FADE buttons unclicked,
as I like to have the styles/segments transition from one to the next, rather then
going to a black fade. I also don't want the music to fade in and out between segments,
as it might interrupt the music that is playing.
When you're ready, click on the BUILD button and again click on "create
presentation as an application". If you plan to create a screensaver, or a stand alone application,
then you will want to check the option to include the vaengine.dll file on this final BUILD. If
you plan to create a video file (for DVD or YouTube), then you can continue to leave the include
vaengine.dll file unchecked.
OK, You're ready to Test your album and fix any problems.
